Creative Workout



It is the end of another week and we have still not reached March or something close to spring or sunlight.
What to do when everything is grey, dull and boring?
Now, more then ever, you need a creative workout!

If you do not work at Google or just have the freedom to take a day just focusing on the fun projects or being creative maybe you have 15 minutes at the bus on the way home or at least a lunch break to have a creative workout!

The 5 minute workout: Go to http://www.365thingsyoucando.com/ or the original in Swedish, http://www.365saker.se/ and do one of the first things you see. Hey, no cheating!

The 15 minute to 1 hour workout: go to http://www.mypitch.com/, read a pitch and write down 20 ideas in five minutes. Then try to take them one step further and sort the good ones from the bad ones. Take it as far as you can, and if you have time, make a kick as idea pitch and submit it!

Good job, relax, stretch and do not forget to eat right!
